Knife sharpener with a ceramic stick

A plastic handle in which wolfram carbide plates are placed (hard metal) that perform the sharpening by erosion of blunted knife blades under a 22 degree angle. It is a so-called robust knife sharpening whereas fine knife sharpening is performed by a ceramic stick made of aluminum oxide ceramic that is harder than wolfram carbide and additionally sharpens all types of blades. A ceramic stick must be first pulled out from the handle of the sharpener.
